About

Tom is Head of Intellectual Property. He is an experienced and pragmatic litigator and Solicitor-Advocate who is recognised for his clear, thoughtful advice.

He helps clients navigate and resolve disputes in the UK and internationally; and gives responsive support to businesses of all sizes who want to build and protect value in their IP and brands.

Since joining Stevens & Bolton in 2007 from an international firm, Tom has represented clients from across the world to bring and defend claims in the UK for patent, trade mark, copyright and design right infringement, breach of confidence and defamation.

His scientific background enables him to really engage on technical issues; and his open and collaborative approach helps clients grow through strategic partnerships, licensing, joint ventures and transactions.
