Valuable insight; invaluable experience
As a vacation scheme student you will have the opportunity to get involved in the work of the practice area you are sitting in, together with project work across several areas of law.
We will be accepting applications for places for our next vacation schemes from 1 December 2025 - 31 January 2026. These are open to second year law undergraduates, third year non-law undergraduates and all postgraduates.
During the vacation scheme, there are introductions to practice groups, and an opportunity to meet a cross section of people across the Firm, to showcase our friendly and open culture, which supported our winning the 2025 Legal Cheek “Law Firm of the Year” award.
Our vacation scheme is designed to give you a good idea of what it might be like to work here, while giving us a chance to get to know you. All vacation scheme students take part in our interview process, from which we select those to offer a formal training contract.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to:
• Learn about our core practice areas
• Work with a buddy
• Shadow our lawyers in their day to day working activities
• Attend social events
• Be involved in client work and meetings
• Work on case studies and receive feedback
