Luke is a first-year trainee solicitor currently sitting in the corporate team.
Luke joined Stevens & Bolton in 2023 as a paralegal in the finance, restructuring and insolvency practice, working predominantly in the banking team. As a paralegal, he acted for borrowers and lenders on all kinds of finance transactions and deal sizes, with particular experience in acquisition and real estate finance. Luke also worked on bankruptcy, liquidation and pre-pack purchase matters with the restructuring and insolvency team.
Prior to joining the firm, Luke read ancient history at Durham University, then completed the GDL and LPC with an MSc in law, business and management at the University of Law.
