Nicola trained with the niche family law firm S. Rutter & Co in the City, before joining Collyer-Bristow. She joined Stevens & Bolton LLP in 2004 and became a partner in 2007. In 2016 she became head of the practice.
Nicola has extensive experience dealing with mid to high value divorce, including complex financial proceedings. Nicola has drafted numerous pre and post nuptial agreements, and advises unmarried families on the breakdown of their relationships, as well as dealing with disputes in relation to children. Nicola is a member of Resolution and previously sat on the Surrey Resolution Committee. She has written articles and provided expert comment on various legal issues for several newspapers and journals, as well as for BBC Breakfast and BBC Radio London. She also speaks at seminars on various family-related issues.
