Nyasha joined Stevens & Bolton LLP as an Associate in October 2017 from the Business Immigration Team at Wright Hassall. She previously worked at Turpin & Miller LLP on a varied case load after having trained at Clarkslegal.
Nyasha has broad expertise in business immigration law having advised on and managed immigration matters for a range of commercial clients. She advises on matters under the Points Based System including sponsor licence applications; advice on sponsor licence maintenance; UKVI audit compliance and entry clearance/leave to remain applications under Tier 2. Her experience also includes applications under Tiers 1, 4 and 5 of the Points Based System and for Sole Representatives of Overseas Businesses.
Her work also consists of advising individuals on a range of immigration applications such as under Appendix FM; for EEA nationals and their family members; ILR; naturalisation/registration under British nationality law and long residence applications.
Nyasha is a member of the Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association.
