Oscar trained in London at Memery Crystal before joining Stevens & Bolton LLP in 2010.
Oscar provides advice on all areas of corporate transactional work. Oscar has significant experience advising on cross-border transactions and work with a wide client base including large corporates, private equity, listed groups, growing owner-managed businesses and entrepreneurs.
Oscar’s recent experience includes advising the management of FCA regulated Thesis Asset Management plc on its £50m MBO by two private equity funds, advising the shareholders of cloud consulting company RedPixie on its sale to Hewlett-Packard Enterprises, advising the shareholders of SaaS business Semantico on its sale to US P.E fund AKKR, advising luxury brand gun manufacturer, James Purdey & Sons, owned by the Richemont Group, on its acquisition of The Royal County of Berkshire Shooting School, advising Belron on its 'Drive' incubator investment programs, advising on incorporation, shareholders’ agreements, rounds of fundraising (including FSMA advice) and exit for technology companies and advising on the sales of owner-managed SME’s in the sport and travel sectors.
Oscar has written a number of articles in relation to private equity and manages the firm’s China practice group.
