Laura is dedicated to understanding clients’ business objectives and navigating legal complexities to achieve their goals.

Since joining the firm in 2021, Laura has worked with a wide variety of clients from small start-ups to established household names, including undertaking an in-house secondment with a key client in the life sciences sector. Laura draws on this experience to not only provide skilled legal advice but also offer commercially focused, pragmatic solutions that align with the core of a client’s business.

Known for her proactive involvement in initiatives that drive the firms strategic direction and culture, Laura is co-chair of the Women in Business forum, and sits on the Guildford Junior Professionals committee, for which she regularly organises events to provide women and junior professionals with a platform to share experiences, provide and receive support and grow their network.

  • Drafting and advising on exclusive and nonexclusive distribution agreements for an established client in the luxury fragrance and cosmetic sector.
  • Advising a large well known restaurant chain with its international data sharing arrangements to ensure compliance with data protection laws, including international data transfer agreement (IDTA) and addendum.
  • Acting for a multinational holding company, who specialises in the design, manufacture, and distribution of luxury goods and advising in respect of its obligations under the Modern Slavery Act 2015, including drafting a template modern slavery statement to be used across its UK Masion’s.

Laura is a graduate of the University of the West of England and the University of Law.
