Lauren works with a diverse range of clients, including employers, contractors, and consultants and provides clear, pragmatic advice that mitigates risks and advances client interests.

Since joining Stevens & Bolton in 2018 and qualifying into the Construction and Engineering team in 2020, Lauren has a proven track record of success in formal dispute resolution, including adjudication and litigation in the Technology and Construction Court (TCC).

She also advises on matters arising on live projects, offering practical, solution-based advice.

Lauren is committed to providing training to her clients, conducting workshops and training sessions tailored to client needs, covering critical construction issues and topics such as contract administration.

  • Acting for a security and technology sub-contractor in an adjudication to recover unpaid fees;
  • Representing a network provider to defend a breach of contract claim brought by a supplier in the TCC;
  • Acting for a specialist façade contractor in defending a claim in relation to external cladding works;
  • Providing a roadshow of training to a firm of specialist construction consultants on project management and contract administration.
