Since joining the firm in 2021, Jess has advised clients on managing IP portfolios and licensing, brand protection, infringements and resolving disputes; she also gained valuable experience in the Commercial and IT team advising on commercial contracts, distribution and supply agreements, data protection, regulatory and franchising.
With her pragmatic and collaborative approach, Jess is a capable negotiator and provides clear, thoughtful advice to help her client’s achieve strategic success.
Jess has a particular interest in protecting the creative works and designs that define the fashion and luxury industries and is an active member of the firm’s Fashion & Luxury and ESG sector groups.
Jess graduated from King’s College London earning an English Law with Australian Law degree, having spent a year of her undergraduate at Monash University in Melbourne.
