I’m looking forward to attending this year’s UK Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF) with colleagues from Stevens & Bolton, taking place in Leeds from 19th to 21st May 2026.
As one of the UK’s leading gatherings for the built environment, UKREiiF brings together investors, developers, local authorities, and advisors to explore the opportunities shaping the future of real estate and infrastructure. It plays a central role in driving investment, regeneration and collaboration across regions and sectors.
Joining the conversation
Our team will be in Leeds throughout the three-day programme, contributing to key discussions on regeneration, development, and the future of place.
This year, I’m particularly interested in the role of the high street and how underused space can be reimagined to support healthier, more sustainable communities. Working alongside Radix Big Tent, we are supporting a new commission exploring how healthcare, both NHS and private, could help revitalise town centres and drive long-term regeneration.
Bringing the right people together
We are also proud to be partnering with Estates Gazette to host the Editors’ Dinner during UKREiiF. This invitation-only event will bring together leading voices from across real estate, infrastructure, and development for an evening of insight, discussion, and connection.
Alongside this, we will be contributing to wider conversations at UKREiiF, including discussions around town centre regeneration and the development of neighbourhood health hubs to unlock social and economic value.
A platform for collaboration and investment
UKREiiF continues to grow in scale and influence, with thousands of industry leaders attending each year to share insight, explore opportunities and build partnerships that shape the UK’s built environment.
For me, it is an important opportunity to connect with clients, contacts, developers, and investors, and to reflect on the evolving challenges and opportunities facing the real estate and infrastructure sectors.
Let’s connect
If you are attending UKREiiF and would like to meet in Leeds, I would be delighted to hear from you.
