Stephen is a proactive and commercially minded lawyer.

He joined Stevens & Bolton in June 2026, having advised clients on buy and sell-side M&A, company restructurings, and fundraising transactions across a wide range of sectors.

He works with businesses and investors to deliver practical, straightforward advice, helping clients navigate complex legal issues with confidence. Stephen has experience supporting multi-disciplinary transactions, working closely with clients to help deals progress smoothly and efficiently.

In his spare time, Stephen enjoys watching rugby, exploring new places, and spending time with friends and family.
