Stevens & Bolton hosting and speaking at PLG event: Valuation & Deal Architecture in Biopharma Technology Licensing

Stevens & Bolton is pleased to be participating in the Pharmaceutical Licensing Group (PLG) event, Valuation & Deal Architecture in Biopharma Technology Licensing, taking place on 19 November at our Guildford office.

The event will bring together UK pharma, TTO’s and biotech licensing professionals to explore how technology-based deals are valued, structured, negotiated and contracted in today's market. The programme will examine key commercial, financial and legal considerations involved in licensing technologies that play an increasingly important role in modern biopharma.

Technology licensing in practice

As part of the agenda, Charlotte Tillett, Partner and Head of Life Sciences, and Tom Collins, Managing Associate, will present Technology Licensing in Practice: Key Provisions and Negotiation Dynamics. Their session will provide a practical guide to the key clauses and negotiation points shaping technology licensing agreements from both licensor and licensee perspectives.

The event will also feature discussions on successful deal structuring (covering value, risk and reward) and translating value (considering net revenue, royalties and audit rights), offering attendees practical insights into the commercial realities of technology licensing in the biopharma sector.
