About

Helen is Head of Real Estate Disputes. Helen’s practice primarily covers commercial property and development work acting for landlords, investors and developers as well as the businesses that occupy those properties.

Her client base crosses different sectors and she heads the firm’s Hospitality & Leisure group.

Helen joined Stevens & Bolton in 2007 and she has built up extensive experience engaging closely with clients to understand their property disputes. Helen strives to identify any opportunities and resolve disputes in the most appropriate way with strategic and pragmatic advice, in language clients understand, no matter how complicated the issue.
