The commitment to environmental, social and governance (ESG) in the logistics sector continues to gather pace and it will be interesting to see whether other developers follow Panattoni’s lead in producing zero carbon developments such as this one. We regularly hear from both developers and occupiers in the sector how important environmental principles and sustainable development are to them and their stakeholders.
