Since joining Stevens & Bolton in 2023 from a City private client boutique firm, she works with individuals, executors and trustees to provide clear and accessible advice in a practice area which is frequently subject to legislative changes.
She assists with Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and lifetime trusts, and specialises particularly in those with a cross-jurisdictional aspect. In addition, Alice advises on a variety of probate cases and strives to achieve a kind, efficient approach for clients at what can be a stressful and emotional time.
Before becoming a lawyer, Alice worked in the third sector and has a particular interest in philanthropy. Alongside her work, she acts as a trustee for a national military charity.
Alice has advised me over the last couple of years in my capacity as attorney for both of my elderly parents, as executor of my mother’s Will and also in relation to my own, slightly complicated, Will. She has been super helpful, professional, knowledgeable and also supportive – a pleasure to work with and I'm very happy to recommend her.Client, January 2025
