Ayo is a dedicated and intelligent lawyer who joined Stevens & Bolton in September 2024 from a magic circle firm in the city, where he qualified in 2023.

Specializing in Corporate M&A, Ayo has experience assisting clients in both buyside and sell side deals for a variety of clients in industries such as hospitality, tech, manufacturing and financial services to name a few. His approach is centered around teamwork and hard work, ensuring that clients receive the best possible service and outcomes.

Ayo advises a diverse range of clients, helping them navigate complex transactions and achieve their commercial goals. His pragmatic and clear counsel is highly valued, making him a trusted advisor in the corporate M&A space.

  • Recent work
    • Since joining the team in September 2024 Ayo has successfully worked with multiple clients to close a range of transactions ahead of the Labour Government’s highly anticipated October budget which included important announcements in relation to changes to UK tax rules;
    • Advised an insurance company on the acquisition of a financial services business for approximately £20 million.
  • Qualifications and recognition

    Ayo has a master’s in business science alongside a qualifying Law Degree from the University of Warwick.
