About

Catherine is intelligent and diligent, specialising in commercial disputes whether in litigation, arbitration or as part of a proactive risk management and avoidance strategy.

Her practice is often sector agnostic but she has experience particularly in life sciences and hospitality and leisure. A large part of her practice involves disputes relating to franchising and licensing relationships, often with an international dimension.

Since joining Stevens & Bolton in 2013, Catherine has worked with clients to understand the cases they need to meet and establish meaningful strategies to pursue or defence their claims.

Catherine has a global network and has developed relationships through working with international lawyers around the world. She is an active member of the International Association of Young Lawyers, currently the Vice President of the International Arbitration Commission of AIJA.

Catherine is listed as a “Next Generation Partner” in The Legal 500 for commercial litigation and she is recommended for franchising and commercial litigation and ranked as an “Up and Coming” partner in Chambers UK, litigation .
