About

Freya joined Stevens & Bolton in 2025 after training and practicing at an American law firm from 2019 onwards.

Freya has experience of a broad range of commercial disputes, including in relation to breach of warranties, shareholders’ agreements, earn-out mechanisms and contractual interpretation. Freya has represented clients in proceedings before the High Court, the Competition Appeal Tribunal, the Court of Appeal, the London Court of International Arbitration and the London Maritime Arbitrators Association, amongst others. Freya has also supported clients in settling their disputes without the need for court or arbitral proceedings, including via mediation.

Acting for a private investment fund in a mediation concerning the fulfilment of an earn-out mechanism.

Drafting a settlement agreement following a dispute regarding the non-payment of invoices in breach of contract.

Acting for a NYSE-listed entity in proceedings before the Court of Appeal.

Representing a multinational company in connection with a breach of warranty claim before the London Maritime Arbitrators Association.

Freya studied Law with Criminology at the University of Surrey, graduating in 2018. Freya completed the Legal Practice Course with a Master of Science in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law in 2019.

At her previous law firm, Freya was recognised in The Legal 500 for three consecutive years.
