A calm and creative thinker, Gareth advises business owners, high net worth individuals, landed estates and their trustees.

He deals particularly with the creation, administration and rearrangement of estates, trusts and other asset holding structures, to ensure tax efficiencies and inter-generational security.

Gareth enjoys esoteric tax and trust problems, often in the context of employee benefit trusts and death in service schemes. He is a director of our in-house trust company, Stevens & Bolton Trustees Limited, and through its appointment as executor or trustee in both contentious and non-contentious situations Gareth delivers his legal expertise blended with strategic advice.

Gareth is thoughtful and responsive and builds trusted adviser relationships across a wide spectrum of clients.

Gareth joined from an international law firm in 2022.
