About

Jonathan is a commercial operator with significant expertise advising owner managed businesses as well as national and international acquirers. He has a particular focus on the technology and healthcare sectors.

Jonathan joined Stevens & Bolton in 2023 from an international law firm and continues to advise business owners and management teams on exits and investments as well as working alongside corporate acquirers expanding their portfolios. Jonathan’s ability to view the deal from both sides allows him to lead clients through legal and commercial challenges, helping to get the deal done.

Jonathan is active internationally with the International Bar Association and much of his work includes a cross border element.
