Stevens & Bolton advises HERAN Partners on investment in Fluidic Sciences

The Stevens & Bolton corporate team has advised HERAN Partners on its investment in Fluidic Sciences Limited, a UK‑based life sciences tools company focused on supporting the discovery and development of biologics using advanced microfluidics‑based technologies.

HERAN invested alongside BroadOak Capital Partners and this marks the second investment made by HERAN HealthTech Fund II.

HERAN Partners expressed their appreciation to the Stevens & Bolton team for their advice and support in connection with the transaction. Jonathan and Helen brought deep legal knowledge which allowed us to move forward in the process in a pragmatic and efficient manner. They worked towards a balance between sound corporate governance from an investor perspective and creating room for entrepreneurship.

Jonathan Steele, Corporate Partner at Stevens & Bolton, commented: “It was a pleasure to support HERAN on this investment into an exciting life sciences business operating in a rapidly growing sector. We wish all parties every success as the company progresses its commercial growth.”
