Katie joined Stevens & Bolton in 2025 from an international law firm. Prior to joining the firm’s employment team, Katie advised business owners, management teams and investors on corporate law matters including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and corporate advisory matters. This experience has provided her with a valuable understanding of the commercial and people issues that arise throughout the lifecycle of a business, and enables her to provide practical, commercially focused advice that reflects both legal and business considerations.

Katie is known for her collaborative and responsive approach and enjoys building strong relationships with clients, providing support that is tailored to their individual objectives.
