About

Molly is an experienced lawyer, whose practice encompasses the full spectrum of commercial disputes, including: fraud and asset recovery, partnership disputes, shareholder claims, contractual disputes and regulatory proceedings

In addition to claims before the English Courts, Molly has acted in matters before the Privy Council, the Royal Courts of Guernsey, the Takeover Panel and the Takeover Appeal Board; she also has experience of domestic and international arbitrations.  Much of her work has had an international dimension, including jurisdictions such as the CIS, Kazakhstan, the US, the BVI, the Channel Islands and Central Africa.

Prior to joining Stevens & Bolton in 2026, Molly worked at leading City firms and the London office of a US firm, and spent time in-house working for the onshore advisory company to the Family Office of a prominent UHNWI.

  • Ongoing English law advice to a US plaintiff law firm in relation to a large securities action in Europe and other matters in its portfolio.
  • Successfully obtained summary judgment in a €3 million claim for European clients in the private equity sphere.
  • Defended a claim for unlawful means conspiracy, dishonest assistance, breach of equitable duties and breach of contract, with an alleged claim value of £5.6 million, where at trial, all fraud claims were successfully defended and the Claimant was awarded £310,000 for breach by the corporate defendant of certain equitable duties.
