About

Nick is a shrewd and determined dealmaker, specialising in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity and growth capital advisory. His practice spans the technology, media, leisure and logistics sectors.

Since joining Stevens & Bolton in 2011, Nick has advised on buy and sell-side. He works with large companies and innovative scale-ups to get deals done – helping clients problem-solve and navigate legal and commercial complexity.

Nick is globally-minded with a skill for building connections. He nurtures the firm’s relationships with its international network, including in Spain, Germany, US, Belgium and the Netherlands, and is on the Executive Committee of the International Association of Young Lawyers.

Nick is a member of the Management Board of Stevens & Bolton as well as its International Practice Group board. He is also closely involved with the firm’s strategy for AI, both internally and externally, and participates in thought leadership on the topic.

  • Advising Spanish packaging group Alzamora Group on its acquisition of UK group Offset Print & Packaging.
  • Advising Germany-headquartered CANCOM SE on three acquisitions (most recently Northern Ireland technology infrastructure firm Novosco) and subsequently on its sale of its UK operations to Telefónica Tech.
  • Advising Spanish eyecare group Clínica Baviera on its acquisition of Optimax.
  • Advising the sellers of the London-based French-language based school L’Ecole des Petits to Globeducate Group.
  • Helping German group ZEISER GmbH on its acquisition of Inspectron’s US and UK operations.
  • Advising the sellers of Landmark Accountants to Xeinadin Group.
  • Advising the sellers of financial market data transformation business FWD View to India-based Nagarro Group.
