About

Nicole advises personal representatives on all aspects of the probate and estate administration process.

Approachable, efficient and pragmatic, she navigates clients through what can be a difficult time. Nicole also regularly works alongside our Private Wealth Disputes team, and represents our in-house trustee services company, Stevens & Bolton Trustees Ltd, in both contentious and non-contentious estates.

Part of Stevens & Bolton since 2017, Nicole also helps clients to put in place wills and powers of attorney, and advises on the administration of trusts and estates, including post-death variations.

Nicole is a member of the Diversity and Inclusion Forum at Stevens & Bolton, and is passionate about promoting an inclusive culture in the workplace and using her skills to ensure that all clients receive an excellent service.

Nicole is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.
