  • Advising an automotive manufacturer on complex immigration queries, such as when a sponsored worker sponsored by a service provider to the client can work at the client’s site and how to mitigate the immigration risks, the risks of discrimination claims should the client elect not to sponsor someone and how these risks might be reduced, and whether a senior employee’s eligibility for indefinite leave would be impacted if they spent a proportion of time working overseas.
