The Stevens & Bolton corporate team has advised Corus Dent UK Ltd in integrating three prominent dental laboratories across the UK.
As a leading digital dental laboratory group with over 85 labs across nine countries in Europe, Corus specialises in crafting innovative dental prostheses and offering orthodontic solutions to accompany dentists in the transformation of modern dentistry for the benefit of their patients.
We advised Corus on the three separate integrations of Q Lab Ltd, Simplee Ceramics Ltd and Tusk Dental Technologies Ltd. Each a pioneer in dental technology, possessing a broad range of expertise in various dental procedures, including aesthetics, implants, and intricate restorative cases, while maintaining a patient-focused approach.
Our initial collaboration with Corus in 2023 involved the integration of Byrne Dental Laboratory Ltd. This operation enabled Corus to expand its services and offerings across several European jurisdictions. Corus plans further development in the UK market by integrating additional laboratories.
