We are very pleased to announce that the European Commission has selected a team including Stevens & Bolton to carry out a project to support the evaluation of the Environmental Liability Directive (ELD) and its implementation.
The ELD establishes a framework of environmental liability to prevent and remedy environmental damage. The project is the eighth project on the ELD that Stevens & Bolton has carried out for the Commission either solely or as a member of a team. Other members of the team for the current project are Bio Innovation Service, Air Quality Consultants and VVA Economics and Policy.
