Stevens & Bolton LLP acted for the founder shareholders of Edenbrook Limited on the sale of the entire issued share capital to Hitachi Consulting UK Limited.
Edenbrook is an IT consulting firm which specialises in delivering advanced Microsoft and Oracle solutions. Edenbrook's manpower and expertise, now further enhanced by its addition to the Hitachi group, allow it to service large scale IT projects. Its client base includes BUPA, easyjet, Eurostar, Virgin Media and Whitbread.
