Stevens & Bolton has advised Anthemis Group, the financial services focused venture capital fund, on a seed investment in health tech company, Chronomics.

Chronomics is an AI driven platform which seeks to unlock the power of epigenetics for personalised healthcare, providing its customers with insight into their changing state of health and well-being based on DNA analysis.

The Stevens & Bolton team comprised Joe Bedford (corporate partner), Oscar Horwich (corporate managing associate), Sarah Taylor (employment senior associate), Michelle Hobbs (employment senior associate), Nick Schippers (commercial associate) and Jo Adcock (IP assistant solicitor).
