Stevens & Bolton LLP has advised Digipos Store Solutions Group Limited and it management team on its new facility agreement with HSBC Bank plc and the restructuring of the equity investment of Barclays Private Equity.
DigiPos is one of the UK's largest independent providers of cash tills to retailers including amongst others, Next, Selfridges and Vision Express.
