Stevens & Bolton LLP has advised Asmodee UK, Europe’s leading retailer distributor of hobby gaming products, on its acquisition of fellow UK games distributor Coiledspring Games.
Founded in 2004, Coiledspring Games has become a leading name in the UK games distribution, carrying a wide range of high quality toys, games and puzzles. Coiledspring will join the Asmodee Group of games companies across the world, and will continue to operate as a separate entity.
With over 30 years experience, Asmodee UK (formally known as Esdevium Games in the UK before rebranding inline with its parent company) specialise in supplying retailers a comprehensive range of games, collectables, toys and gifts from a number of suppliers worldwide.
