Ian Craig joins from CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang.
Stevens & Bolton is building upon its successful real estate practice with the hire of partner Ian Craig who qualified and worked at City firm Nabarro (now CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang) for 14 years.
Ian is a commercial real estate lawyer who advises on the full range of commercial property matters including leasing and development, with a particular focus on investment transactions. Ian acts for a number of household name institutions and property investment houses.
Commenting on his arrival, head of real estate Andrew Steele said:“We are delighted to have someone of Ian’s calibre on board. Ian has had a very successful career at one of the best real estate practices in the City and we are looking forward to growing our investment practice with him.”

The firm now boasts a 30-strong real estate, construction and engineering team. The hire follows the appointment of real estate partners Alex Watt and Daryl Rivero in 2016.
