Baber is a second-year trainee solicitor currently sitting with the commercial real estate team.
Baber's first seat was with the commercial litigation team, where he advised on contentious matters including contractual disputes and fraud.
He then moved to the finance, restructuring and insolvency team, where he acted for both lenders and private equity houses/borrowers on a wide range of financing transactions including acquisition and leveraged finance.
His third seat was spent in the corporate team, where he assisted on transactions involving private acquisitions (both buy side and sell side), corporate reorganisations and private equity backed deals.
Prior to joining Stevens & Bolton in 2022, Baber read law at the University of Surrey, graduating in 2019. He then completed the LLM at the London School of Economics and Political Science, and the LPC with an MSc in law, business and management at the University of Law.
