Charlotte advises UK and non-UK domiciled clients on a broad range of tax and estate planning matters, often with an international element.
Charlotte joined Stevens & Bolton in 2023, having worked at City law firms since qualifying in 2016.
Charlotte is experienced in advising individuals on the creation of bespoke tax efficient wills, succession planning for future generations, and trusts; with a particular focus on inheritance tax and capital gains tax planning. Charlotte’s advice for international clients often includes domicile and residency considerations.
In addition, Charlotte advises personal representatives on obtaining grants of probate and dealing with all aspects of estate administration. She also advises beneficiaries on post-death considerations to enable tax efficient outcomes. Mindful of the fact that clients will be dealing with emotionally challenging situations, Charlotte adopts an empathetic and practical approach.
