Having originally trained and qualified with Stevens & Bolton LLP, Daryl subsequently spent some seven years living overseas, before re-joining the firm in 2006. She became a partner in the tax and trusts department in 2011, and presently leads the probate and estate administration team.
On the estate administration side, Daryl deals with a wide range of matters ranging from the provision of a responsive, efficient and effective service in more straightforward cases through to dealing with complex estates involving aspects such as business and agricultural property relief, international elements, post-death variations, and ongoing trusts.
Daryl also advises on a wide range of private client matters including succession and inheritance tax planning; will drafting; drafting trusts and advising trustees and beneficiaries; trust administration; and powers of attorney and related matters.
Daryl has extensive experience in dealing with complex and extended families. She also has experience advising owners of landed estates, including advice in relation to generational planning, trusts and heritage property.
