Georgie qualified as a solicitor in 2024 having joined Stevens & Bolton as a trainee in 2022.
Georgie advises businesses on the protection of the full spectrum of IP rights, including enforcing online brand protection programmes. Her contentious experience includes issuing claims for trade mark and design right infringement and advising on passing off disputes.

- Acting for luxury footwear brand, Naked Wolfe, in a series of UK court proceedings for infringements of its registered design rights.
- Online brand protection programmes for a multinational pharmaceutical company and Premier League football team.
- Representing an internationally recognised lenticular technology specialist company in a County Court claim, including preparing for and attending a four-day trial.
- Representing a leading telecoms platform provider in a trade mark dispute against a multinational corporation concerning likelihood of similarity and proof of use of the marks.
