Himal is a first-year trainee solicitor, currently sat with the finance, restructuring and insolvency team.
Himal joined Stevens & Bolton in 2021 as a paralegal, working in both the corporate and private client teams. As a paralegal, he worked on a wide range of matters including mergers and acquisitions, company secretarial work, lasting powers of attorney and probate matters.
Prior to joining Stevens & Bolton, Himal completed an LLB and LLM at the University of Kent, and the LPC at the University of Law in Bloomsbury.
