Laura trained and qualified at Macfarlanes before moving to Maurice Turnor Gardner as an associate in 2011. She joined Stevens & Bolton in October 2016 as a professional support lawyer providing technical support and training to the Private Client team.
At Maurice Turnor Gardner, Laura advised a wide range of individuals, trustees, beneficiaries and financial institutions on private wealth issues involving international and UK tax and trusts matters, estate planning and Wills. She also advised charities and philanthropists in connection with setting up and running charities. Laura frequently advised on personal tax issues for individuals including pre-arrival planning and the remittance basis. She is experienced in establishing bespoke asset-holding structures for high net worth individuals, particularly non-UK domiciliaries.
