Nicole advises individuals and families on a wide range of private client matters including probate and estate administration, wills and powers of attorney.
Nicole joined Stevens & Bolton in 2017 and qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (Chartered Legal Executive) in March 2024.
Nicole predominantly focuses on probate and estate administration matters and advises clients on all aspects of the process. She can also assist with post-death variations and regularly works alongside our private wealth disputes team and for our in-house trustee services company, Stevens & Bolton Trustees Ltd, in litigious or contested estates.
