Olivia advises on a wide range of tax and trust matters, with a focus on probate and estate administration, wills, inheritance tax planning and powers of attorney.
Olivia joined Stevens & Bolton upon qualification in 2016.
She is experienced in assisting on a broad range of estate administration matters and regularly assists clients with the probate process from start to finish.
Olivia is mindful of the fact that estate administration can be challenging at times, both from a technical and emotional perspective. Olivia aims to help clients navigate through the process by providing advice and guidance that is communicated with clarity and empathy.
Olivia is also experienced in a variety of lifetime planning, and regularly prepares wills and powers of attorney, advance decisions and advance statements.
Olivia recognises that everyone’s circumstances are different. She takes the time to explore each client’s individual aims, priorities and concerns, in order to make (or update) lifetime arrangements that best suit the individual at hand.
