Olivia advises clients on a wide variety of contentious matters including contractual disputes, fraud, misrepresentation and general advisory work.
Olivia trained at Stevens & Bolton before qualifying into the commercial litigation team in 2023. Her training included a client secondment to the in-house legal team of a global healthcare company.
Olivia acts for large corporate entities, owner-managed businesses and individuals across a number of sectors.

- Global Display Solutions Ltd & ors v NCR Financial Solutions Group Ltd & ors – part of the team acting for Italian owned GDS group companies in claims against US owned NCR Corporation
- Acting for a global healthcare manufacturer in a dispute with a UK regulator
- Advising two clients on embezzlement of company money by an employee
- Advising a global electronics manufacturer on its day-to-day contractual disputes relating to its operations within the UK
Olivia is co-chair of the Guildford Junior Professionals (GJP).
