Olivia is a second-year trainee solicitor currently sitting in the commercial and technology team.
Olivia’s first seat was with the private wealth disputes and family teams where she assisted on a range of contentious trust litigation as well as issues arising on relationship breakdown.
She then moved to the commercial litigation team, where she advised on contentious matters including fraud, negligence, and contractual disputes, as well as arbitration, mediation, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
Prior to joining Stevens & Bolton, Olivia read LLB Law at the University of Surrey, graduating in 2020 and then completed the LPC LLM at The University of Law in Bloomsbury. Whilst studying the LPC, Olivia also worked part time as a paralegal in Stevens & Bolton’s finance, restructuring and insolvency practice where she supported the team with banking and finance transactions.
