Rosie advises on a broad spectrum of private client matters ranging from Wills and succession planning to tax efficient structures for non-UK domiciled individuals.
Many of Rosie’s clients are entrepreneurs and she has particular expertise in advising business owners in relation to corporate exit planning and restructuring. She also advises family run companies, assisting families with long-term succession planning.
Given her background in corporate tax and funds tax (having trained and subsequently worked for five years in the tax department at Travers Smith LLP before joining Stevens & Bolton in 2012), Rosie has extensive experience of advising on the taxation of investment funds and investors. A further aspect of Rosie’s practice is advising on the cross-over between investment funds and private client matters and many of her clients are fund managers with a cross-border element to their affairs.
Rosie also advises on complex onshore and offshore trust structures and has specialist knowledge in relation to residential property holding structures.
In the Legal 500 2017 directory, she is described by clients as "very professional, thoughtful and responsive". In Chambers HNW 2019, in which she is ranked as a 'notable practitioner', clients say Rosie "is an exceedingly bright lawyer with great poise and presence. Her intelligence and capability inspire great confidence".
