Helen joined Stevens & Bolton upon qualification in 2024, having trained at the London office of an Am Law 100 law firm. Helen assists clients in a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including within corporate governance, equity investments, M&A and corporate advisory matters.

She has acted for a range of both publicly listed and privately-owned clients within the technology, life sciences, retail and automotive sectors.
