Stevens & Bolton ranked among the South East’s most recommended law firms by Legal 500 client research

Stevens & Bolton has been recognised as one of the South East's most highly recommended law firms in new client research published by Legal 500.

Based on client Net Promoter Score (NPS), Stevens & Bolton was ranked third among law firms in the South East, reflecting the firm’s continued focus on combining technical excellence with a personal, pragmatic approach.

The findings are drawn from Legal 500's annual client research programme, which gathered feedback from nearly 20,000 clients. As part of the research, clients were asked how likely they would be to recommend their law firm, with responses used to calculate each firm's Net Promoter Score (NPS) – a widely recognised measure of client satisfaction and loyalty.

Only firms holding multiple Legal 500 rankings and receiving a sufficient volume of client feedback were eligible for inclusion in the rankings.

James Waddell, Managing Partner at Stevens & Bolton, said:

"We're delighted to be recognised as one of the South East's most recommended law firms by Legal 500. What makes this recognition particularly meaningful is that it comes directly from our clients. Building trusted relationships is at the heart of everything we do, and we're proud that our commitment to delivering technically excellent, practical advice and exceptional client service has been recognised in this way."

Commenting on the findings, Amy Ulliott, UK Editor at Legal 500, said:

"In a highly competitive legal market, there is no stronger endorsement than a client's willingness to recommend their law firm. Client feedback sits at the heart of Legal 500's research, and this analysis provides a unique insight into the firms earning the highest levels of trust and advocacy from the people they serve."

The recognition reinforces Stevens & Bolton's reputation as one of the region's leading independent law firms, trusted by businesses and individuals across the UK and internationally.
