About

Francesca is a pragmatic and approachable lawyer. Since joining Stevens & Bolton in 2011, she has over a decade of experience in mergers and acquisitions, equity investments (acting for both investors and investees) and complex company reorganisations, and has cultivated significant expertise in acting for repeat acquirers (buy and build).

Her practice spans the financial services, insurance, technology and the education / early years sectors, which is a particular focus.

A great communicator and relationship-builder, Francesca has established herself as a reliable and trusted advisor. She has a readiness to navigate legal complexities, negotiate terms, and facilitate transactions to ensure that business objectives are met efficiently and effectively.

She is a member of the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion committee which is an area she is personally passionate about.
