Our experience includes

  • Providing crucial advice to long-standing client Papa Johns on shaping and implementing its HR and regulatory strategy. We advise on a wide range of HR matters including TUPE, day-to-day HR advice and in relation to its franchisee operations.
  • Advising a global cybersecurity specialist on critical matters, including the employment aspects of intragroup reorganisation (including TUPE), discrimination risks related to holiday pay and bonuses for women on maternity leave, and legal issues with hybrid workers abroad without the client’s consent.
  • Providing strategic and day-to-day employment advice to our long-standing client, the global luxury travel group Kuoni, helping it to achieve its people and strategic business objectives.
  • Assisting RBB Economics LLP with reviewing its policies, employee handbook and code of conduct, and provided discrimination and harassment awareness training to the partners and senior management in both the UK and overseas offices.
  • Advising a trade association for manufacturers on a long running employee sickness absence and grievance process, including advice on obligations regarding sick pay, pension contributions, multiple data subject access requests and car allowances.
