Stevens & Bolton LLP advised MJ Gleeson Group plc on the provision of £20,000,000 revolving credit facilities to the MJ Gleeson Group by Lloyds Bank plc.
The MJ Gleeson Group is an urban regeneration specialist and will use the facility to capitalise upon renewed confidence in the housing market by increasing its number of outlets in key geographic territories and acquiring additional land for development.
