In response to ongoing market demand, the LMA has recently published a revised form of facility agreement for real estate finance multi-property investment transactions. A revised version of the related user guide reflecting the changes in the facility agreement has also been published by LMA.
The changes are not material other than revisions to the insurance undertaking to reflect current market practice and introducing an undertaking requiring asset managers to sign up to duty of care agreements.
