Refinancing of the Comland Group by Barclays

Stevens & Bolton LLP’s banking and finance team advised the Comland Group on the provision of £32,900,000 term loan banking facilities from Barclays.

The Comland Group is a successful commercial property investment and development company owned by Stuart Crossley and his family, which has a portfolio of of?ce, industrial and retail premises predominantly in Buckinghamshire and Berkshire.
